1.2 This site is provided on an 'as is' basis and is currently operating on a non profit making basis (ie we are not currently charging for any listings). It is currently being trialled by providing information to a small geographical area to gauge its usefulness and relevance to the local community. Due to its developmental status, users may occasionally encounter problems or 'bugs' with the site and are therefore requested to report any problems to the web site managers via the 'Contact Us' facility in order that they can be corrected as soon as is practically possible.
1.3 Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales.
1.4 Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence

5. Listing Content
5.1 Users who post listings agree to not publish any material or information that:
5.1.1 is threatening, abusive, hateful, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, scandalous or injurious to the reputation of any person
or entity.
5.1.2 is obscene or explicit (as defined by law)
5.1.3 encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence
5.1.4 constitutes an infringement, misappropriation or violation of any person's intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademark rights, rights of publicity, patent rights, personal property rights, privacy rights or other rights
6. Uploading of Files
6.1 Users shall not upload files that contain any program, file, data stream or other material which contains viruses, worms, "Trojan horses" or any other destructive feature, regardless whether damage is intended or unintended, which may cause damage to any computer equipment, loss or corruption of data or programs or inconvenience to any person.

8.1 LocalSafari accept no liability for losses of any kind caused by interruption or disruption to the services provided by this web site.
8.2 LocalSafari reserves the right to withdraw or suspend this service at any time without notification to non fee paying third parties.
9. Fees And Payment
9.1 LocalSafari reserves the right to introduce or change any advertising or listing fees without reference to any user of the site.
Changes to fees will NOT be applied retrospectively.
9.2 As consideration for the Service(s), you agree to pay the applicable Listing(s) fees as stated on the Web site at the time you request the Service. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable as listing publishing commences immediately
9.3 Charges are exclusive of 'Value Added Tax' which shall be paid additionally by you at the rate prescribed by law on submission by us of a proper VAT invoice. The rate is currently 17.5%.
8.4 ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE , IN WHOLE OR IN PART, IF YOUR LISTING IS REMOVED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE LISTING TERM .
10. Removal of Content
10.1 LocalSafari reserves the right to remove, without notice, any material that does not conform to these terms and conditions as stated here.
11. Indemnity
11.1 You agree to indemnify LocalSafari against all actions, claims, costs, expenses (including all legal costs) and damages brought against
or suffered by LocalSafari arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions or any activity relating to your use of the site.
